Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-09 · Effective date: 2026-10-09

Your account

Tam Tam is operated by TELEDISTRIBUTION TELE10 LTD (Tele10 Group). Keep your account details accurate and your password private. Use the service lawfully and respect other users. Tam Tam is intended for users aged 13 or older; a higher local minimum applies where required.

Your content and permission to display it

You keep ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Tele10 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, format, distribute and display that content as needed to operate Tam Tam and deliver the features you choose. This does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated sale of your content. You confirm that you own the content or have all permissions needed for these uses, including permissions for music, images, videos, trademarks and people shown where applicable. Do not upload content you are not authorised to share.

Music and third-party material

Use original audio or audio for which you have permission covering its use in Tam Tam. Buying a song or finding it online does not by itself grant permission to include it in a public video. Permissions available on another social platform may not cover Tam Tam. Tam Tam does not supply a licensed commercial music catalogue. The same rules apply to copied videos, photographs and other protected material.

Community rules

Do not post sexual content, graphic violence, child exploitation, threats, harassment, hate, scams, unlawful material or content that infringes others' rights. Do not impersonate people, misuse accounts or manipulate payments, referral qualification or engagement. Report content or accounts that break these rules. Tele10 may restrict or remove content or accounts after reviewing violations, and may act urgently to protect users.

Copyright complaints and review

Rights holders and authorised representatives can report suspected infringement in the app or through https://vibes.tele-10.com/copyright. Provide the original work, the disputed Tam Tam post or product, contact details and an explanation of your authority. Tele10 reviews complaints, may ask for evidence, and may restrict or remove disputed content. If you believe content was removed in error, contact grouptele10@gmail.com with the report or post reference and evidence of permission. Repeated infringement may result in account restrictions.

Shops, wallet and referrals

Seller eligibility, approval and applicable commercial terms govern shop access. Prices, payments and payout requirements are shown in the relevant feature. Referral availability, rewards and qualification rules are configured by Tele10 and shown in the app. Rewards are not guaranteed before the displayed requirements are met. These Terms do not replace the separate commercial terms or payment conditions that apply to a transaction.

Privacy and leaving Tam Tam

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. You can delete your own posts and request account deletion under Me → Settings → Delete account. A 30-day recovery period applies to account deletion. The content licence ends when content is deleted from our systems, except copies already shared with others and limited retention for recovery, unresolved transactions, disputes, safety or legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Updates and contact

We show the current version and effective date of these Terms. Material updates require acceptance before you can publish new content. If you do not agree, do not upload or publish; you may sign out or request deletion. Contact Tele10 Group at grouptele10@gmail.com or +250 788 979 042 for support, copyright concerns or questions about these Terms.
