Copyright and content permissions

Upload content you created or have permission to share.

Report suspected infringement

On a Tam Tam post, choose Report → Copyright or intellectual property. Give the original work or a link, your contact email and an explanation. Confirm that you are the rights holder or authorised representative and that your complaint is accurate and made in good faith.

If you cannot use the app, email grouptele10@gmail.com. Include the original work, the disputed Tam Tam post or product link or ID, your name and contact details, your authority to act and a good-faith explanation of the infringement. Do not include passwords or financial credentials.

What happens next

Tele10 reviews the complaint and may ask for evidence. A complaint alone does not automatically remove a post. After review, Tele10 may remove or restrict infringing content or accounts. Repeat infringement may lead to account restrictions.

Uploaders receive a content review notification with the decision explanation. In updated versions of Tam Tam, open Notifications → Content reviews to see your decisions and submit an appeal with evidence that you own the content or have permission. You can also email support with the post or report reference, especially if your account is restricted. Tele10 records the review and appeal decision privately.

Music, photos and videos

Use your original content or obtain permission that covers its use on Tam Tam. Buying a song, crediting the creator or finding media online is not proof of permission. A licence from another social platform may not cover Tam Tam. Tam Tam does not provide a licensed commercial music catalogue.

Keep written permission or licence records for third-party material you upload. Rights for a song recording and the underlying composition may need to be considered separately.
